This episode features returning guest and sexpert Sydney Richdale. As promised, Sydney offers her uniquely female perspective on how men can grow up but not necessarily reach an evolved, mature sexual mindset.

Fasten your seat belts because this indeed is a VERY different episode than last week’s edition. Sydney gets as practical and objective as possible, throwing down some actionable ways we as men can supercharge our sexual presence with women in ways few men ever get to enjoy the results of.

For starters, we agree that there’s a time and place for the most primal, visceral and even selfish aspects of human sexuality. But it shouldn’t be to the exclusion of what gives sexual relationships a whole lot more depth and meaning.

So then, what are those more ‘evolved’ elements, if you will? In order to express mature male sexuality, must every sexual experience be relationshippy and about falling in love long-term?

What does it mean to be ‘connected to one’s c*ck’? What can we do to enrich the sexual experience so it’s not simply about orgasm and ejaculation? And what the heck is ‘sensual choreography’?

How does learning to take our time enjoying sexual pleasure translated almost directly to instant sexual maturity? And how does our sexual evolution affect any shame and guilt we feel…and act upon?

What makes most men think they’re excellent lovers when they’re clearly not? And along with ED and PE, what about that OTHER sexual performance issue nobody talks about, but which TONS of young men in particular are affected by?
